Getting ready for a trip, I updated the maps on my 465 yesterday. Today, I went outside and tried to use it only to find that the local streets do not show up. Interstates and Arizona highways do show up. I contacted customer support and after waiting 35 minutes on hold, I was told a reboot the computer, re-download Garmin express, reinstall it, and then re-do the update. Of course, by this time customer support was closed for the day.
Has anyone ever had this problem? Suggestions are appreciated. I sent an email to customer support but of course that takes 3 business days for reply and I was hoping to leave middle of next week on a trip.
Color me frustrated in Phoenix
