Garmin Express not recognizing my FR10

Switched views, downloaded Garmin Express, it's not seeing my FR 10. Have downloaded a couple times. Unplugged and replugged in the USB. Dropped the Garmin icon into the trash. Everything is fine in Garmin Connect view just not in Express. What's up? What else can I do? This is making me not like Express.

    I was having the same problem. I downloaded the "CommuncatorPlugin_410.exe" and it fixed it.
  • The Communicator Plugin only allows detection of the FR10 in a web browser. It will not effect how the device is detected in Express. What version of Mac OS are you running? Are you using the latest version of Garmin Express?

    1. Open Garmin Express
    2. Click the Garmin Express menu in the Apple menu bar
    3. Click About Garmin Express
    4. Click Check for Updates and install any updates to Express

    When you try to detect the FR10 in Express, are there any other USB devices connected other than keyboard/mouse?
