Hi,

Anyone have problem like me?

I have Garmin GPS Watch S4 for Golf.

I'm using MacBook Pro with OS.X 10.9.1

I had download Garmin Express for Mac and Garmin Course Updater, Garmin map install and all other required software.

When I connect the watch to computer, it always show this error:
We're sorry.
There's a problem with our servers, which mean that Express is temporarily unavaiable. We're working as fast as we can to get it back up and running. Please try again.

I had try so many time and different networks but have the same error.
  • GLENNDALANZA - Updating the application is the only thing that should be different with your issue on a PC.

    • Open Garmin Express
    • Click the Settings (gear) icon at the top right of Express
    • Click Check for Application Updates

  • Thanks, I will use the ANT AGENT untill I have access to the new interface though

i am able to open Garmin Express, my Garmin 310XT is found as the device, however when i click to continue to sync and sign into my account, I am receiving the same error as others are reporting here....""We're Sorry...There's a problem with our servers, which means that Express is temporarily unavailable. We are working as fast as we can to get it back up and running. Please try again later.""

Now I, like others, have spent too much money on Garmin products to receive errors like this that have been reported for several weeks/months now and have returned unanswered. I researched for a good product to serve my activities and have had no problems till now. I just purchased this Garmin 410 which works great however the frustrations are mounting at the lack of support from Garmin concerning uploading and using the products full potential. Please get your servers up and working and reply properly to us, your customers. Thanks!!!
  • I have exactly the same problem as mentioned by Joy.Zeph317. He's right. My GPSMAP62s is also found and connected in Express but it still needs to be registered to use it on Garmin Connect. So, when I click the 'Register' button I'm asked to login to my account. That's where it goes wrong. I am trying two weeks already but no result. "Problem with server, etc...."
I read and checked all the possible solutions above but it does not work for me. I'm also on iMac and use all latest updates for soft- and hardware.
Many people keep complaining about this, so Garmin needs to investigate these issues seriously.

Update: tried the same at work with a Windows system. Same problem !

I have the same problem with OSX and it is now May 27. This means this is not an intermittent server issue.

I am having the same issue with my 910XT. Ever since the move to express, I haven't been able to sync in either direction. This is incredibly frustrating. I wish they would just go back to the old site until this is resolved.

Have you tried the steps in the FAQ: What should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client?

Same problem as JOY.ZEPH317 with Express version 3.2.5.0. I checked the Garmin Express -> about -> Check for updates and it downloaded 3.2.6.0. It finds my device and then pairs it for the first time. Then it asks if I want to create a new account or sync to an existing account. I've had a connect account for years, so I select "sync to an existing account". I type in my user name and password which I have just re-verified are correct by logging back into connect.garmin.com. And I get the same message ]

    It has NEVER worked.

    WHAT GIVES??

Did anyone ever resolve this issue? I have carefully tried every idea put forward here for my Garmin 310XT and have the exact same issue (even with updated everything). PLEASE HELP!
  • Macbook Pro, Garmin 310XT and Garmin Express do not work - displays incorrect error

I have the same issue - Mac OSX (10.9.4), Macbook Pro early 2011, Garmin 310XT. It works on a PC laptop (Windows 8). On the Macbook Pro (my main machine) it allows me to pair the device. The watch says "Transferring Data" and then it displays this error message - "We're Sorry... There's a problem with our servers, which means that Express is temporarily unavailable. We're working as fast as we can to get it back up and running. Please try again later."

This has been like this for two months and I have lost count of the number of times I have tried. Please can you investigate because without it working I have a useless lump of plastic and electronics (310XT).

How else can I upload my data from my 310XT to the servers?
