Installing only specific regions with Garmin Express

I want to update my Zumo 660 with the Europe 2014.40 maps.
Garmin Express advise that I do not have enpough space for the whole map set which is no problem as I do not want to have Eastern Europe installed.
But the program will not allow me to choose more tha one region sp if I choose Norden I cannot add another region.
If I install Norden and the start the procedure all over again and choose another region Norden disappears.
I want Norden, Germany, Holland, Belgium and France on my 660 but how to do it??

Garmin Express (and GarminMapUpdater) only give you a few pre-canned options when memory is limited. You have a few choices.

Install all of Europe to a SD card. This the easiest option and Garmin Express should offer it if you have a card in your Zumo. A 4GB card should hold all of Europe.
Install the maps to your computer and then use MapInstall to put maps on your device. The problem with this method is that map extras such as Junction View and 3D data won't be installed. That said you get much finer control of which maps are installed.
Split maps between the unit and SD card (I do this). For example you could put the regions you want in your unit and the rest of Europe on a card.
