Garmin Express 7.29.2.0 NOT working on macOS Tahoe 26

I can't use Garmin Express on my macOS Tahoe 26.6.2 to sync my Garmin Forerunner 955. I need to know whether or not Garmin Will update the Garmin Express app for macOS Tahoe 26.6.2 and later.

    7.29.2.0 is compatible with Tahoe.

    Another user had an issue and Garmin's suggestion was to remove and reinstall Garmin Express.

    There has been no answer from the user.

    I found a solution: The issue was the Rosetta/permission/background-service environment, which prevented Garmin Express from completing its device handshake; so in macOS 26, on terminal

    softwareupdate --install-rosetta --agree-to-license

    That command installs (or verifies) Rosetta 2.

    The permission adjustment was separate—it was done through System Settings → Privacy & Security.
