Garmin Express MAC STILL refuses to install on OSX, asking for a 64bit Intel processor

The next version of macOS (27) still supports Intel apps using Rosetta. That support is dropped in the following version (28), a year later. 

Not what my Mac said to me in a pop up this morning. 

But they introduced apple silicone in 2020. it's now 2026. Garmin have dropped the ball here. The fact that it won't work in golden gate this late in the beta is concerning. 

I'm sure that your Mac didn't say that..

Your Mac said: "This version of Garmin Express will not open in a future release of macOS. Learn how to update to an Apple silicon version."

That is not the same as your interpretation "This version of Garmin Express will not open in the next release of macOS."

No - JaVaWa is saying you're confusing a pre-install check in the installer app with native Apple Silicone support. They are not the same.
