Forerunner 45 will not pair with iPad Air after latest update.

I cannot get my forerunner 45 to pair with my iPad / Garmin Connect. Garmin connect cannot fid the device even with my Garmin laying on top of my iPad.

Did you try forgetting the Bluetooth connection on the iPad, then using Garmin connect to re-establish the Bluetooth connection?

You can forget the Bluetooth connection on the iPad under:

Settings>Bluetooth…

Did you try forgetting the Bluetooth connection on the iPad, then using Garmin connect to re-establish the Bluetooth connection?

You can forget the Bluetooth connection on the iPad under:

Settings>Bluetooth. Find the device in the connection list, tap the circled "i" symbol to the right of the device's name, then tap "Forget this device".

Go back to the Garmin Connect app and repeat the add device procedure.

Yes I tried that, I removed the garmin connect app and reinstalled it. I was then able to pair the forerunner to garmin connect and my iPad.
