Express does NOT install maps from GPSMAP66SR

my GPSmap66SR has maps installed on it. (Topoactive Europe central, east and west....)
I want to install them on my computer as well but Garmin Express does NOT show that option.
I can see and use the maps in BaseCamp but it works very slow because basecamp only uses the maps over the usb connection to my GPSmap66SR.
Why can I not install them on my computer?
