Edge 530 Map Continuous Updates

Every time I sync via Garmin Express, it want to update the Topomaps.

Update, disconnect, re-boot, always wants to update.

They are up to date, and resetting the device doesn't help.

Help !

Have my 840 for about a year as my first device from Garmin and ever since the same issue. MacBook with all the latest updates. But there is no update available when checking on the device itself.
