Garmin Express - "invalid sign in"

Dear all,

I tried to log in my Garmin via Garmin Express and get the error "invalid signi" under both Windows 11 and Mac OS Sequoia 15.5.

I checked that the credentials are correct - I can log in via the web browser, no issues at all? 

Can anybody tell me how to solve the issue. There aren't too many settings option under Garmin Express ;-)

    And the Info tab "Registered to" email address is the same as used to login to Garmin Connect Web?

    I would take it a step further to make sure the passwords match:

    • Click on Change Account
    • Remove the device from Garmin Express
    • Add the device again
    • Use the same email address and the same password used on Garmin Connect Web

      

    If issue persists, contact Garmin Support directly.

  • Thank you for your answer, though the issue for accessing the account in Garmin express ist the following. While using the correct credentials, the following error message appears (email deleted for privacy reasons):

    I'm can confirm with absolute certainty that the credentials are correct.

    Does someone else made the same epxerience or even had a solution this issue?
