Garmin express doesn't recognise my dezl 560lmt.
I can view the contents of the folders on my Mac air, the folder is named Garmin, so this shows the connection and ports are working.
I'm disappointed that technical help has been withdrawn for my model as I purchased it with lifetime maps but can't actually download them.
Is there any way to get a stand alone direct link to the map files I need?
