Garmin Express not recognizing my mail address after installing

 I bought A Oceania road map from Garmin and it appeared in Express but wouldn't download on my Garmin 1030.

I tried everything and in the end I uninstalled Express and downloaded it again.

After that it wouldn't do anything anymore.

It asked me to log in but didn't recognize my login details.

I try to reset password but it didn't even recognize my email address anymore.

So, I was logged in on Connect but Express didn't know me.

I contacted Garmin Oceania and after a few day's they called me.

We spend about 1 hr and didn't solve anything.

As he thought it was an Garmin Express problem, he told me he was going to contact Garmin USA and come back to me.

2 weeks later I mailed again to ask how and what, and he replied : Have your tried such and such...

I asked him if he contacted GArmin USA or maybe he forgot about me and if they couldn't solve the problem I would like my money back from the road map I purchaged.

To my surprise he asked me my bank details so they could reimburse me...

So now i am left with a GArmin Express that doesn't work and Garmin who won't help me...

Update: So Garmin Oceania won't help me any further,,,terrible service!

I installed an older version from a back up, and that is working, but can't find the Oceania map I purchased..

So the real trouble is the new version Express, which doesn't work on Mac..

Anybody having the same problem? (New version Express on Mac doesn't recognize my log in details and won't sync with Connect)
