Drivesmart 65 does not connect to computer

Drivesmart 65 could not be found through my computer USB connection and the WiFi update from the device could not find the Garmin update server.  How can this be fixed.

    Any takers on this issue? I have trouble with my MacOS Sequoia 15.1.1 recognizing the Diversmart 65 also on an Intel-based Mac. I am using the original Garmin USB cable.
