Garmin Express Mac 7.24 crashes while updating maps on FR955

Unable to update maps with Garmin Express Mac version 7.24 on my FR 955 Solar. The app crashes as the download progress bar reaches the end.

Garmin Express is crashing on my M1 MacBook Pro, too. It seems though that the maps are getting installed after all, one crash at a time. After four crashes the watch was updated, and Map Manager shows the updated versions.

Same here on a M1 with MacOS 15.1 and a M2 with MacOS 14.7. Garmin Express just crashes when updating maps on my FR 955

Similar experience here. Intel iMac, Sequoia v15.1. Multiple crashes trying to update maps.

Same for me with FR 955. Repeating the update over and over again worked for the golf courses. But fails for the Topo Active map.
