Duplicate Syncs

I am using a 67i, if I sync it using the iPhone app, and then I plug it in to the computer it will also sync using express. I think the same behavior happens if it connects to the wifi and then I plug it into the computer. I offend have duplicate data in connect.

If I tell express not to sync the data, that setting flows to all methods of syncing. Is there a way only to have the device sync to Garmin Connect once? Thanks Mike

Do you see what is synced in Garmin express

Whenever you connect the device to GE it needs to check if there is anything new. This is displayed as a relatively short sync.

GE does not show me what tracks it is going to sync it just does it. It also is not checking with Garmin Connect to see if the tracks are new or now, it is just uploading them.

If you open GE without connecting the device, click on the device, then you should be able to see what it thinks it needs to sync
