map that I bought is missing

I bought the North American map software a few years ago for my Garmin and it is not listed on my Montana 700i or anywhere else.

Did you buy the map for your Montana 700i or for a different Garmin device? Downloadable maps purchased from Garmin are locked to the device you bought it for. So you cannot install the map on a different device. Only maps purchased from Garmin on SD card can be used in different devices (but not copied from the SD card).

Surfacing a reply that solved this without using a PC. After adding a WiFi network to your watch, restart your watch. After that, the updates and options to download new maps appeared. Thanks all.
