Sequoia 15.0.1 and Garmin Express

I downloaded the file for Garmin Express, but this file will not open. I updated my MaxBook Air with Sequoia. 15.0.1. Can that be the problem?

And how can I solve this?

I don't have Garmin Express yet, it is the downloaded fille which I can not open.
