Using express 7.23.0.0 on Mac 14.6.1 and express says I have no music on my device but I have hundreds of songs in both playlists. Why does it display 0 songs?

Using express 7.23.0.0 on Mac 14.6.1 and express says I have no music on my device but I have hundreds of songs in both playlists. What does it display 0 (caveat - the playlists are also missing from my iTunes account, not sure why - I haven't been in there for years)?

I called the Garmin support centre and they have confirmed this is an issue with Garmin Express for Mac - they are working on a solution which will be included in a future Express software update.

Thank you. Do we have a release date for that? I can't even find the garmin express app in the app store anymore. All I can find is bascamp and tacx

Garmin Express is not available in the App Store, you need to download it from here (https://www.garmin.com/en-US/software/express/mac/). I don't know the release date of the update, but I think it will be soon…(Sorry for my English, but I'm an Italian user)
