Can't get apps for my garmin 265

I have a new garmin 265. I am unable to get any apps. I am gett8ng a use garmin express. I have un-installed and re installed the app. The watch is connected. What in the world is the issue? I am ready to take it back and I have only owned garmin watches.

Try asking in the Forerunner 265 forum, if that's what you mean by a Garmin 265.
