"We're having trouble retrieving all your purchased content" Both with Edge 840 and Epic Gen 2

A month or so ago this message started showing on Garmin Express when I try to access the purchased tab. It isn't a big issue on the watch but most map management for the Edge need to take place on the computer and I simply can't make any changes. Has anyone else had this issue recently? I've seen other discussions from a year ago but no solution was proposed. I use the software in Spanish but I have found that the forums are more active in English. Thanks!
