Garmin Express issues deleting podcast to Forerunner 955

I am having issues "deleting" podcasts from my FR955. (This is recent behaviour - I think since installing the latest version of Express)

To 'fix' I thought I would delete via OpenMTP. Net result afterwards

- I connect my device to my macbook, select podcast(s) to be deleted and do not get a notification that the podcasts have been removed, the list just refreshes.

- Some podcasts show as zero length

- Some podcasts have 'Unknown' as the name

- The podcasts are NOT on the watch (checked directly on the watch) but continue to appear in Express (even after restarting) - I assume a cache somewhere on the Mac install?

Any input appreciated

Thanks for the suggestion - seems to have worked. As a side benefit the 'Eject device' now seems to work again (I didnt mention this in the original message because its been broken for a while)
