Connect IQ App settings wrong language

I'm using Garmin Express (v 7.22.1.0 on macOS 14.5 Sonoma).

I am trying to edit the settings for a Connect IQ app or data field (this problem occurs w Trailforks, WindField, Edge MapFields).

This happens on ANY Connect IQ app, so it is not an issues specific to any one app.

I navigate to the Connect IQ/Apps panel, and I see a correct list of apps. All text is properly displayed in the correct language (English)

However, when I click on the "..." button to edit app settings, the app/data field settings window pops up, but the text displays in a random language:

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
