Hello! Is it ok that I'm not able to disconnect my quatix 7 from Garmin Express (mac) by software? I have to unplug it. Also when I do this my watch shows that seems to be still usb connected for about 20-30 sec.

That's normal. You can close GE or simply remove the watch from the cable/ Yes it will take a few seconds before the watch face shows.
I've been seeing this recently also, a pretty long delay for the watch GARMIN device to unmount from the Mac and for the watch to go back to a regular watch face. Seems much slower and worse than it used…
