Where in the OSX library can I delete all files from Garmin Express?

Where in the OSX library can I delete all files from Garmin Express? 
I have a Fenix6 and connecting to my MacBookPro / GarminExpress freezes up the watch.
After de-connecting the bluetooth synch with CONNECT on my iPhone does not function.
Hard reset - rebooting the watch is then required.

I have deletend Garmin Express several times. When I tried to delete and reinstall Express the Fenix 6 appeared - so, not all files were deleted.
Although, when adding a new watch - synchronisation is running smoothly on that other watch.

My thought and what I am after is to delete the hidden files of the Garmin EXPRESS software in the library.
On what location in the library is Garmin Express writing its files? (There is no Garmin folder in "/Library/Application Support")
