Garmin Express (MacOs 7.20) Crashing attemping to load music

As the title says, no music on my F7pro so attempted to load a small playlist but GE crashed. When I connected next this came up:

I also have the same issue now, and I bought Garmin today. It’s like I bought a problem, has anyone get refunded for this kind of software errors?
