Just got a Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar and have connected it to computer to update maps via Garmin Express. When I first plugged it in, it said it would take 1 hour. Then when it started downloading it said it would take 2 hours. It's been steadily extending its estimate while the download is happening. While I typed this, it raised its estimate from 38 to 40 hours to complete, and it's still climbing. What's going on? Our internet connection is slow but is steady at about 2 mbps.
