Garmin Express asks always to install elemtns on edge 830

Hi, I'm using a Mac OS Ventura 13.5.1, Garmin Express 7.18.0.0 and a new Garmin Edge 830.

When I start Synchronization, Garmin Express asks to install 2 new elements:

- Routable Cycle Map of Europe 2023.10

- Trailforks 2019.10

When installation is finished, Garmin Express asks again to install the 2 elements in an infinte loop.

How can I solve?
