servers wonky

trying to update the maps on my watch and i get an error message that something went wrong with communication to the garmin servers.

anyone else have the problem?

to the mod: yes i have restarted my mac and yes my inetconnection is up and yes i am sure it's not on my end

If you've followed all the steps in this FAQ with no success then do what is stated at the end and contact Garmin for more help.

Same issue. Can’t download EU map update. Downloading fails every few minutes. Please fix your server and don’t redirect users to your useless formal FAQ

Never failed for me, if the FAQ doesn't help do what it suggests at the end and call Product Support
