Purchased Cyclemap EU for my Garmin 1030. I leave Saturday for Europe, but Garmin Express can't find my purchased content. Please help!

I head to France for a fundraising cycling event in France (Cykelnerven).  I just purchased the Europe Cyclemap EU for my Garmin 1030, logged into Garmin Express (Mac), 1030 is connected, but I get the note that "We're having trouble retrieving all your purchased content. Try refreshing the list."

Refreshing produces nothing but the same quote.  This is my first purchase ever through Garmin downloads.

I am running Garmin Express v7.17.0.0

Any ideas??
