Garmin express 7.17.0 / garmin 255 fw 15.19 ( Garmin express can't sync with device )

Ok . 7.17.0 is a problem . I going back to 7.16.1 both watch & Mac working good

Same - I had a terrible time getting 7.17 to work on my M1 MBP.

Downgrading to 7.16.1 fixed my sync issues.

Same issue with Forerunner 965. Downgraded to 7.16.1 by restoring the app from TM. After a restart of the watch everything works again.

Had the same issue too, but sadly didn’t have a TM to back up from. Quick Google search, found 7.16, downloaded, and issue gone!

My v7.17 resulted in an endless Trailforks update loop. Reverting to 7.16.1 fixed it.

Removing the watch from Garmin Express with reinstalling Garmin Express and adding the watch back solved all my sync issues of Marq Adventurer Gen2 on Ventura 13.4.

oh this is good news, ill try.   ive gotten nothing from garmin, i even asked for a download of 7.16 and they pretty much laughed at me.
