Drivesmart 65

Hi, I just bought a Drivesmart 65 with traffic. When I connect to my Mac it shows that I am connected and Green light is showing, but I get this message "Sorry we are having a problem communicating with our servers" Same message when I try updating Maps using WiFi. Any Suggestions? Thank You.

Thank You for the suggestion. Unfortunately none of the suggestions helped I still get the same message "Sorry we are having a problem communicating with our servers". .... Could it be a USB issue ? I think my MacBook Air 2017 might be using USB 3.

Possibly, as you'll see the final step is try a different computer. If the FAQ doesn't help try calling Product Support

I had this with my GPSMAP66i. Took me a while but what worked was removing the device from Garmin Express then adding it back.

Thank you and have a great Happy and healthy New Year. I'll have to try product support. Since it won't even connect with WiFi I don't think it could be a computer issue, has to be a device issue.....
