connecting edge 1030 with mac book air

Can I buy a USB-C-Cable to connect my edge 1030 with my Macbook air?
Or is a special adapter from USB X.0 to USB-C using the Standard USB X.0 -cable ?

I bought a standard USB-C to Micro USB cable and it's working fine.
