Garmin Express is unable to connect with the servers

I am unable to sync my activities from my fenix 6X Pro through Garmin Express onto Garmin Connect on my mac. It says Garmin Express is unable to communicate with the servers. The issue started 2 days ago and has persisted until now. The Garmin Express is version 7.15.0.0.

I also tried to sync from the fenix 6X Pro directly into Garmin Connect. Garmin Connect indicates that the device is successfully connected. The green dot is displayed. However, the activities syncing keeps failing.

Does anybody face the same issue?

  • I know.. I am running latest version of GC, No VPN, Adblocker removed, No Antivirus, No Proxy server,  Date/Time ok. 

    Problem seems to be related to version 7.15.2.0 on Windows.

    I managed to resolve the issue finally. I had tried to ensure the Garmin Express version was updated but it did not resolve the issue. I also tried deleting Garmin Express followed reinstall which also did not work. I even went attempted a factory reset, unfortunately which also did not work. Disappointed

    All this while, I had to connect the Fenix 6X Pro to my mac and go into the folders within the watch to pull out the FIT files of my activities and manually upload into Garmin Connect.

    At the end of my wits, I did a final attempt to resolve the issue by removing the fenix 6X Pro from Garmin Connect, and pairing them again. Fortunately, it worked this time! I am now able to update my activities onto Garmin Connect successfully. I did that for both my mac as well as my phone.
