Location of maps in Garmin Express (Mac) and how to delete them

I am running out of storage on my Mac and I would like to know where Garmin Express downloads the maps that installs on my Fenix 6 Pro and Edge 1040 so that I can delete old versions and free some storage.

Is there any con relating to deleting old maps?

Folders with the name "Downloads" can be found on the Windows platform, but AFAIK not on the Mac.

The folders that you can delete are:

/Users/{yourusername}/Library/Application Support/Garmin…

What your looking for is Garmin Map Manager

I downloaded it, but it doesn't show any map

On your Mac go to Username/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Maps. It's a hidden directory so you'll need to expose hidden files - Shift+Command+. Once finished use Shift+Command+. to hide the hidden files.

How do I know which ones I can delete? What happens if I delete all of them?

I still want my Fenix 6 Pro and Edge 1040 to have updated maps

Try JaVaWa Map Toolkit - Google it...
