Music apps causes Garmin Express to crash

Has this issue of "Garmin Express quit unexpectedly." been solved? I'm on a Mac, have uninstalled following the complete instructions, downloaded latest GE. Issue persists.

I literally bought this device for the music features.

I wanted to add more music recently and it is still a problem. When you select 'Music Apps' it crashes.
