Zumo XT USB MacOS - is this expected behavior?

Is it OK to ask these questions here?

My Zumo XT seems to work with GE and BC on my MacOS Monterey system, but ...

  1. I can't see the SDHC card in Finder, GE, or BC.
  2. BirdsEye Direct says the 256GB card is 197GB - yet when I remove it and examine it with Finder, it's empty.

Is this expected behavior? Thank you --
