Garmin Express 7.5 - cannot upgrade to 7.13.1 (latest) - Windows 10

Hi,

Running Windows 10 (latest update at the time of writing): Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044 (from System Information) and have Garmin Express 7.5.

When I start it it tells me that version 7.13.1.0 is available, I click Install now, it does something (the progress bar is advancing) after which it ends with:

I tried several time, with Windows reboot in between - same result.

I also tried:

  • download from your site and install from the downloaded file: same result
  • uninstall current version 7.5. It starts, progress bar advances a bit, then reverts and fails with:

So at this point there's nothing else I can try. Please help.
