S40 not recognized by Garmin Express

S40 not recognized by Garmin Express, it showed my watch with correct name in the upper box along with not connected.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Express with not change.

Try a different cable if you can or USB port.

Thanks for your reply, as it turns out all I had to do is allow in security / permission, wish I knew that earlier !
