403 error on Garmin Express update

After opening Garmin Express, I got a prompt to update but when I get to the "License" step of the installer, I receive the following message and am unable to proceed.

403 Forbidden

Request forbidden by administrative rules.

I have uninstalled GE and same error with the installation .dmg

I have checked there are no residual Garmin files in Library as per "full uninstall instructions"

Contacted Support who believe it is my Macbook Air. Is anybody experiencing similar.

I was successful following your direction. Select SAVE when on the 403 Forbidden screes. The CONTINUE from that same 403 Forbidden screen and it should update

Getting the same message whether downloaded from Garmin or following the link. Either way, clicking continue allows the install to proceed.

My guess is some change to MacOS is causing this. I'm on Monterey 12.2.1

Same error still occurs on macOS Monterey 12.2.1. Can ignore that, and click Continue, but eventually, I get the "There was an error installing the update." in the Garmin Express app.

Why would anyone install an app by clicking on accepting a licensing agreement they are unable to read? Anyone know how to fix it so that the agreement is readable?

I am really unwilling to solve the problem by clicking on accepting a licensing agreement that I am unable to read because of a programming error. Isn't the correct solution for Garmin to fix the real issue, which is the 403? Same issue here on IOS Monterey.

I totally agree. I am still using Big Sur [latest update] and I am unwilling to overlook a Forbidden 403 message. Garmin needs to sort this out or accept that its software will not be updated. Over to you, Garmin.

Come on Garmin - Pse advise what your loyal users are to do when 403 Forbidden is displayed when trying to update my Fenix and 520+. I have tried Save option suggested but it didnt work!

Pse sort it out asap.

I absolutely agree. There has to be a better solution than blindly accepting a license agreement you can even read.
