MacOS Monterey (12.1)

Hi, I have problem to connect Fenix 6X Pro to Monterey - the disk was not recognized (not inicialized).
Garmin Express and Base Camp do not recognize my watch.
Ti did try almost everything, nothing works - Android File Transfer, OpenMTP.
Only MTP for Mac is able to read "garmin disk" - but only in read mode.

What Mac? Some folk have bee having issues with M1 Macs. I've no problems with MacBook Pro or iMac and Monterey. Have you tried a different cable?

2017 iMac - Intel.
My other, Mac mini and Macbook Air, both with Big Sur and Intel - there is Gamin Express working.

Ok, today i installed Garmin Express v 7.11.1.0 and watches still not found.

macOS Monterey upgraded to 12.2.1

So the same problem is with my new 7X Solar - Disk util does not see the drive at all.

You need Android File Transfer to see the disk. Garmin Express must be fully shutdown not minimized or running in the background.

So, I uninstalled Garmin Express and still can not connect.

Try a different cable. Restart the watch. Restart the computer. Restart AFT.

BTW disk util won’t see the watch disk either. Only AFT will do that.

Already did all of you suggest, none of it worked.

Ok, so it is working now - new mac Mini.

Didn't try Android file transfer yet.
