Garmin Express can not find Edge 1000 device on Mac (OS 10.15.7)

Hi,

my macbook refuses to mount my Edge 1000.

restarted my mac, didn't work. Tried on another macbook, didn't work.

Other ideas?

Try another cable. Does it charge?
