Garmin 910 xt wont sinconise it keeps saying ...........problem with your garmín account .........out of the blue

What was the exact error message? Can you post a screenshot?

Should be the same credentials, unless you've changed your password
From Garmin Express click on the Forerunner 910XT
Go to Tools & Content
The "Registered to" should be the same user name (email address) and password as above
