Is there a bug report system for Garmin Express somewhere that I can access?
I connected my watch to Garmin Express Mac after seeing an indication that updates are available. I did see the warning that 'updates may take hours', but I must say that's really not very useful.
Now Garmin Express Mac is reporting 'Updating Coverage of Pacific', 0.0% complete, -2147483648 minutes remaining at a rate of 372.2 KB/s. Given that I'm instructed not to disconnect the watch while updating, I suggest:
1. Fix what appears to be a numerical overflow problem in the UI
2. Develop an option to download in the background, without the watch connected. It doesn't seem realistic to expect your worldwide customer base to have multi-megabit connections in the general case, let alone that your servers should be expected to support such a load.
