New dēzl 580 No New Maps Available

Hello,

Just purchased a new deal 580 with LMYT. When I run Garmin Express no new map updates are available. The installed map is 2019.10.

Any hints on how to get the map updated?

Make that a dezl 580 with LMT. Maps will not update over WiFi either.

No reason why that shouldn't update. What error messages are you getting when you run Express or does the map update option not even appear?

Sounds like you need to call Product Support then

I have same issue

Brand new ourt of box has 2019.10 maps and will not update

Support said they have issues with new maps and will have an updat in June,NOT acceptable
