I cannot login to Garmin Express to manage my Forerunner 245 Music watch. I am using Mac Catalina. I am based in China and I have set the server location to China mainland. Could someone let me know if this is a MacOS compatability issue or an account issue, where I need to open a separate account via the Garmin China website? The issue is that the app is unable ot connect to the server to authenticate. Sometimes I am able to get to a point where it asks me to enter a temporary password sent to my Chinese phone number, but when I enter this number, every time I get the same error message stating: "Re-authentication Required. We are having trouble linking your Garmin Connect Account. To continue, please sign in again".
I am using app version 7.4.1.0 on macOS 10.15.7. Appreciate any help or advice as I have been unable to properly use and manage my garmin forerunner 245 music watch since purchasing it several months ago in China.
