How do I get the sleep widget to appear on my dashboard please?

Hi there

I'd love to see the sleep data from my Garmin 35, but there's no widget for sleep on my dashboard.

Maybe I removed it years ago when I had a Forerunner 10.

Is there a way I can add it?

Very grateful for any help!
