Alpha 100 -

Garmin express does not support the Alpha 100, why do i keep being redirected to garmin express, only to see another message to download garmin map updater, which when download i only get a message server not available! i'm trying to connect to my alpha 100 but with no joy

Sometimes there are problems connecting to the Garmin servers so that is what you might be seeing. Try again a bit later.

If still no joy maybe take this to Garmin Support as the manual also suggests to use Garmin Express for the unit:
