Garmin Express 7.1 quits unexpectedly everytime I click on "View & Download your charts"

Hey guys, I am new here

Just bought a new GARMIN ECHOMAP 91SV, updated the software and bought the RedSea map.
Now I want to download the map that I bought with Gramin Express V7.1 and everytime I click on "View & Download your charts" the software crashes and quit unexpectedly!! Very annoying!!

Can anyone help me with this?

I tried to install Garmin Express on MAC OSX 10.11 - 10.12 & 10.15 ... crashes evrytime
