Garmin Edge not detected on Catalina 10.15.6

Catalina: 10.15.6

Garmin Express: 7.1.0.0

My Garmin Edge 810 is not detected In Catalina 10.15.6. I've followed the instructions here. Garmin Express has already Full Access to my drive.

I've tried deleting the Garmin App and reinstalling it; different USB ports (I'm not using an USB hub), and different USB cables. Nothing works. Yet, my VivoActive 4 is detected right away.

Any ideas?

Yes, and two or three different ones, and still did not work

I am having the same problem with my Forerunner 10 and have tried all the suggested approaches to solve this
