I have contacted Garmin Support numerous times and they cannot solve this ongoing (July 2020) issue All they come back with is try all below which as you see is what I have done so many times I have lost count. I have wasted quite literally hours on this. Before I go and buy a Tom Tom, can anybody solve this? I also have sent them the log files.
Two seperate Nuvi 50s, both will not update maps or download my newly bought Safety Camera Siubscription. each time reb banner error installing updates
I have deleted and uninstalled Garmin Express for Mac loads of times, each time deleting any caches or library files relating to Garmin. Emptied the trash, rebooted the Mac. Then re-loaded the latest version of Garmin Express!
I have removed both devices and re-added them.
Any ideas anyone? HELP!
